Michel Camilo perform a concert in Bucharest

Michel Camilo is considered by the music critics to be among the top 3 pianists in the world.

On the 15th of May 2010, starting with 8 PM, Michel will perform a concert at the Romanian Athenaeum in Bucharest. Michel Camilo will perform with two other great artists, Cliff Almond (drums) and Charles Flores (bass).

Throughout his music career Michel demonstrates that hi is a genius. At only 16 years became a member of the simfonic Orchestra in his country (Dominican Republic).

The artist continued his studies at American University Juilliard School of Music, making full proof of talent of festivals in America, Europe, Japan, Asia, Middle East, South America and the Caribbean.

Up to the present, the artist has 18 albums who have been received with enthusiasm and honor not only the general public, but also by mussic connoisseurs. He has received awards such as Grammys, Emmys, Latin Grammys, Premios de la Musica.
